BasiQR provides a blockchain-powered product authentication platform that enables users to create unique QR codes linked to tamper-proof digital certificates on the IOTA blockchain. Services include QR code generation, product registration, scan analytics, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Authenticate counterfeit or illegally manufactured products

5. Intellectual Property

The BasiQR platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BasiQR and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform (product data, images, descriptions).

By using our Services, you grant BasiQR a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Blockchain Records

Product authentication records written to the IOTA blockchain are permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. By registering products on BasiQR, you acknowledge that blockchain records are immutable by design. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit for blockchain registration.

7. Fees and Payment

Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BasiQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that blockchain records will be accessible at all times due to network conditions outside our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Blockchain records created during your use will remain on the ledger.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BasiQR operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
